The General Company for Communications and Informatics, in cooperation with Tarik Al-Thuraya Company, is pleased to announce the opening of applications to select subcontractors for the implementation and operation of FTTH fiber-optic network cabinets in Taza – Kirkuk Governorate.

🔹 Selection Criteria:
• Marketing plan – 20%
• Implementation plan – 20%
• Number of subscribers owned by the tower owner – 20%
• Ownership of towers in the same area – 20%
• Maintenance response time and fault handling – 10%
• Educational qualification – 10%

🔹 Subcontractor Responsibilities:
• Installing aerial and underground fiber-optic cable networks
• Protecting cabinets and related equipment
• Performing periodic maintenance
• Installing subscriber devices
• Marketing internet services

🔹 Application Conditions:
• Applications are open for individuals and companies
• Maximum for individuals: 5 cabinets
• Maximum for companies: 50 cabinets

🔹 Contract Duration:
30 months, renewable once.

🔹 Commission:
20% of revenues after deduction of tax guarantees.

⏳ Application Period:
7 days from the date of announcement.
