Subcontractor Recruitment Announcement – Kirkuk

Tarik Al-Thuraya Internet Services is pleased to invite qualified subcontractors to participate in the deployment and operation of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) infrastructure projects across Kirkuk Governorate, in cooperation with the relevant authorities.Applications will be evaluated based on: • Marketing Plan – 30% • Implementation Plan – 30% • Existing Subscriber Base – 20% • Maintenance & Emergency Response Capability – 10% • Educational Qualification – 10% The selected subcontractors will be responsible for: • Deploying and operating aerial and underground fiber-optic networks. • Protecting and maintaining assigned FTTH cabinets. • Performing routine and emergency maintenance. • Installing customer equipment. • Marketing internet services within their assigned areas. Individuals may apply for up to 5 cabinets, while companies may apply for up to 50 cabinets. The contract term is 30 months, renewable once, with a commission of 20% of net revenues after tax deductions. Interested applicants can register t
